14 days to return or exchange
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return or an exchange.
What can be returned
Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and sent back in their original pouch and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Made for You and engraved pieces are made just for you, so they are final sale.
Items bought on sale or with a discount code can be exchanged, but not refunded.
Build Your Own Stack orders
Stacks are priced as a set, so they are returned as a set. To get a refund, send back every piece from the stack, unworn and in its packaging. We refund the stack price you paid.
Want to keep some pieces? You can swap one or more pieces in your stack for other pieces from the same stack at the same price or less. If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference.
We do not refund single pieces from a stack.
Ear stacks follow our earring rule, so they are final sale.
How to start a return
Email aiyajewelry.info@gmail.com with your order number, the piece you want to send back and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will reply with the return address and next steps.
Please do not send anything back before we reply.
Return shipping
You pay for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, since we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail.
For exchanges, we ship your new piece to you for free.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we check it, we refund the price of the piece to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Damaged or wrong item
If your piece arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, email aiyajewelry.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will cover all shipping and send you the right piece or a full refund. This applies to every piece, including earrings and Made for You.
