Shipping costs
We ship from Montreal with Canada Post, tracked. The cost depends on where your order is going:
Quebec: $12 CAD
Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador: $15 CAD
Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia: $18 CAD
Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut: $25 CAD
United States: $22 CAD
UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Mexico: $35 CAD
Orders over $150 CAD ship free anywhere in Canada. You choose where you are shipping to in your bag, and the cost is always shown before you pay.
Processing times
In-stock pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Made for You pieces are made to order and ship within 5 to 7 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Delivery times
Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email aiyajewelry.info@gmail.com right away and we will fix it if your order has not shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email aiyajewelry.info@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if it is damaged. We will work with the carrier and send you a replacement or a refund.
Taxes
No sales taxes are added to your order. The price you see plus shipping is what you pay. Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by your country, which are paid on delivery.
